Do your items require assembly?

All of our products require assembly. The step-by-step instructions will be included for you to follow. If needed, information can be found on our Product Instructions page and YouTube.

Where are your items manufactured?

All our manufacturing facilities are located in South Korea to provide better quality chairs and of course, SIDIZ's chairs are manufactured in our factories in South Korea.

Can I purchase replacement parts through your site?

Unfortunately, we don’t sell replacement parts separately. However, If you have any quality-related issues, we can help you with a replacement.

Where can I get the user guide?

The assembly guide will be included in the shipping box, and you can download the user guide on our website.
You may also find them on the Amazon product page.

I think my item is refurbished. Can I return it?

We never refurbish items. All of our products on sale are new. Just to let you know, casters are supposed to preassemble to the base. For those who purchased the one with a headrest, a headrest cover and a logo cap are also preassembled to a backrest.

I am living outside of the U.S. Can I purchase Sidiz products?

In Canada, Amazon buys products from us and sell them as a vendor.

Thus, we don't have any control over the product in Canada.
